In 2015 we began planning for the development at 150 Bronte Street South in Milton and we are proud to see its completion and full rent-up in 2021!
This five-storey apartment building was built with a universal design helping residents with mobility issues. Wider halls, common spaces and doorways, and braille signage were all part of the design focus. Built at the front of our existing property, Rotary Square, it’s located right on the transit route and close to downtown Milton.
We were happy to see the 24 one-bedroom units fully occupied within 2 months of completion.
