Caledon Community Collaborative is a partnership formed by Hamilton East Kiwanis Non-Profit Homes Inc. (HEK) and Victoria Park Community Homes to respond to the City of Hamilton’s call for offers on 60 Caledon Avenue. The City made the surplus school lands available for purchase for the purposes of developing a mixed income residential development.

As the successful proponents, VPCH and HEK bring a long history of developing and managing successful family-oriented communities. As the two largest private non-profit housing providers in Hamilton, HEK and VPCH come to 60 Caledon Avenue with nearly a century of experience serving over 3000 households, including in Ward 8.
