Incorporated in 1974, Victoria Park Community Homes is one of the oldest and largest private non-profit housing corporations in the Province of Ontario.
Our portfolio that we own and manage has grown to over 3,122 apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes located across Southern Ontario.

What We Do

Victoria Park Community Homes is a property management company. Our tenant placement staff advises, places and keeps families in the style of unit they prefer, in the location of their choice.

Our property management and maintenance personnel focus their attention on the condition of the units, buildings and ground, while encouraging a close relationship with our residents and their needs.

The administration and finance department oversees the “financial health” of those organizations under our management, and ensures compliance with all relevant legislation.

Where We Operate

Our head office is located in Hamilton at 155 Queen Street North, a short distance from the downtown core.

You will find our staff ready to answer your questions concerning rental property management, maintenance or administration.

The many different units under our management are located in Hamilton, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown, Brantford, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, Mississauga and Brampton; assuring prospective residents a maximum choice of style and location.
