Please note that our market rent units which are at-market or below-market rates when compared to private landlords in the area are often in high demand, and many of our properties maintain waiting lists for the units. When we receive your application, it will be acknowledged and your name will be placed on the waiting list chronologically based on the date that you applied.
When your name comes to the top of the waiting list for the property and the type of unit, you will then be contacted by our Rental Coordinator to complete your application.
