Affordable Housing
Birch Place, a building at 5 Rutherford Road South, located in Ward 3 of Brampton, is designated as smoke-free.
The Region of Peel owns the building, while Victoria Park oversees its operations.
Originally a hotel, it has now been transformed to include:
- 50 affordable one-bedroom and bachelor rental units- NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
- 17 transitional housing units catered to youth aged 16-24.-These units are not available at this time and will not be operated by Victoria Park. Please refer to the Region of Peel for more information
